12-Month Call Back Guarantee

At A1 Appliances, we take pride in delivering reliable, professional, and convenient appliance repair services across the South West of WA. That’s why we offer a 12-Month Call Back Guarantee on all our In-House Assessments.

Your initial assessment fee covers our visit to diagnose the issue. If parts need to be ordered, you won’t pay an additional call-out fee—just the labour to install them. Plus, for 12 months from the original assessment date, we’ll return to reassess the appliance at no extra charge, no matter the fault. Our Labour is also warranted for 12 months and we pass on manufacturers warranty on parts which is anywhere from 30 days to 12 months depending on the brand.

Our workshop assessments are also warranted for this time and if you are located within our service area we will call to you instead if it is more convenient than bringing the unit back to us.
